Our team will always ask themselves, “How would the homeowner feel?” We also understand that we all have our ups and downs in life and that is where our Empathy steps in. We have had our experiences that allow us to understand people’s feelings and situations on a deeper level. We love to help people, that’s it! We are humble Real Estate Professionals and we take a lot of pride in what we do.

Michael Golden's Short Story
My name is Michael Golden, the Owner of Golden House Solutions LLC. I am in my 40’s, wish I could have stayed at 40. Better yet, let’s go back to 20. I really treasure the younger days and I love the 80’s music and that is saying that mildly. Every song, every time brings me back. I was born in Shakopee, MN and then lived in Golden Valley for a few years before moving to Eau Claire, WI at about 3 years old. I have been in Eau Claire most of my life, but I have made my transitions back to Minnesota. Currently in Eau Claire, WI.
I am a fan of the Minnesota Wild and Minnesota Twins, but I have to be a Packer fan. The Vikings were never my team. The XCEL CENTER is awesome for the hockey games and I have also been to Target Field for the Twins, great as well. I have yet to go to Lambeau Field. Really weird, I know.
My background? At the age of 16, I took my first job at a Burger King here in Eau Claire. I have had some miscellaneous jobs in my working career, but I was in Food Service for over 20 years. It was my passion, I guess. I worked in fast food to fine dining to catering and others. I think that between Food Service and the hotels that I will mention, is where my high level of customer service came from. I worked at hotels for about 3 years and was very good at being at the front desk. I started out at a Marriott property and it turned out I liked it and had gotten great at it, seemed like another passion had begun.
Real Estate began for me in August of 2021 after watching a guru (Jerry Norton) I have made my “WHY” or my reason for doing this all about my Mother and helping her and giving back for everything she has done for me.
I have grown to love it. I was already a hard worker, so I was able to bring that to my new journey. With that, I brought the great customer service I talk about. Lastly, Empathy has grown enormously over the years due to my past experiences. My Mother getting older and learning her situation and how to cope with that has also deepened my empathy level. My story is much deeper and longer than what I have provided you here, but it explains more about me.
I want to create relationships based on authenticity. Showing my AUTHENTICITY is what I want everyone to recognize.
